One more....

It's been a while I know, but I haven't been resting on my laurels. It's October 2013 now and I have made a bit more progress as you'll see but the big news is that I found the correct fuel tank on ebay. It had a little paint damage which can be easily sorted but the main thing is it's new old stock and the correct shape and colour! I'm well chuffed about that.
I rebuilt the brake caliper and it went together surprisingly well, but after what seemed like hours of bleeding the brake it suddenly "bit" the disc like a demented pit bull and it was job done.
The exhaust is now on as I found a collector box on ebay.de which was as new, these basically connect the exhaust system and they have a chamber which I believe balances the air flow through the exhaust. They are notorious for collecting condensation inside and rotting out but this one's mint and should last many years.
A new rocker cover was found and a few other bits and bobs and hey presto, I'm getting very close to finishing now. I need to source a new rear wheel and a couple of odds and sods and I'm away. The front Tyre is a Pirelli City Demon 90/90.19 which I found at MP Tyres for the sum of £45.00 so just need a rear one now, which for the record is a 3.50 x 18
and costs a little more £60 ish. These are both tubed tyres as opposed to the deluxe model which was released from 1982 where the tyres went tubeless.I'm told that most people seem to run the tubed tyres without tubes but I stayed as Honda intended.
Any way here's a few recent piccies for your information....

In addition to this, the air box was replaced for a new one, this meant stripping off the back-end again but it was worth it, being a plastic part, the photo's don't show how scratched it is, the new one is mint and unblemished, I think it was worth it.
I also found some NOS switch gear (left and right) so I'll fit them when I've sorted the handlebars, either re-chrome or replace not sure yet.

Progress has been slow but..
....I've not been completely useless, my little Mazda has needed some financial "love" so NNR has been on the backburner for a while, that said the front forks have been rebuilt and back on the bike as has a new headlamp ....
